Hi, I'm Gina!

A native of Carlisle, I now reside in my grandparents' home in Concord, embodying a deep-rooted appreciation for real estate and community.


My journey in real estate began in 2008 with the purchase of an REO property while working in the wine industry. Over the next decade, I balanced a successful career in wine sales with a passion for real estate, completing numerous fix-and-flip projects. In 2017, I transitioned full-time into real estate, leveraging years of negotiation experience to advocate for buyers and sellers with confidence and precision.


My personal real estate portfolio spans a diverse range of properties, from new construction to fixer-uppers, single-family homes to condos, across multiple states, including Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Minnesota, and Florida. This hands-on experience gives a unique insight into the challenges and opportunities that both buyers and sellers face in different markets. Licensed in both Massachusetts and Florida, I provide expert guidance to clients navigating a variety of real estate transactions.


When I am not working with clients, I enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and son, pairing meals with the perfect wine, and planning my next home project.
